Hello Snow
It is officially winter!!! Yahooooo!!!
Did you know that you have six pairs of muscles responsible for eye movemen? Snow has arrived and with it brings more light bouncing into our eyes as you get outside for your daily dose of vitamin D.
Typically we where goggles on the ski hill but this is your friendly reminder to wear sunglasses when you are out and about! :)
When any muscle is strained it will compensate with surrounding muscles. This can be said for all the muscles in your which we use to communicate with the world. We use our eyes for balance, and taking in all the information which makes the landscape we see before. When we strain our eyes this messages gets distorted.
Do you want to come in clear? Or distorted? Sunglasses are personal protective equipment that can aid your eye in preventing strain from light intensity.
