TESTIMONIALS
Adriana's positivity is infectious and her ability to get a deep yet gentle stretch is extraordinary. I have been running for about 10 years and suffer from chronic shin pain.
When I signed up for a 10km race in Scotland but was having problems with my training because of the pain, I was referred to Adriana. Not only did Adriana and her Fascial Stretch Therapy help my shin pain allowing me to finish my race and enjoy my holiday (lots of walking), I also noticed a big improvement in the everyday tightness of my hips and back from sitting at a desk all day.

I started personal training not knowing what to expect. I’m glad I was able to not only add an entire new lift of the clean and jerk to my repertoire, but become a whole different athlete.
Along with this, my deadlifts, bench press, and squats have all improved. Adriana is not only an amazing coach and teacher, but also an amazing person. It’s clear Adriana cares about her clients, and their success with her continuous commitment to high standards. I’ve always been a believer that good leaders make good teams/individuals, Adriana is no exception.

Adriana Renton is an excellent trainer. She embodies the perfect balance of tough love and positive feedback. Adriana works with her clients on a mental, emotional and physical level. Due to the relationship that we formed I am stronger, I have better balance and most importantly, I have higher expectations of myself when I work out on my own.
Her positive and supportive attitude made me look forward to our workouts. She was positive and cheerful as she greeted me at every session and cared enough to send encouraging text messages in between sessions, building a level of anticipation and trust. I highly recommend Adriana as a personal trainer…anyone would be privileged to be assigned to her. Her words of inspiration during my independent workouts continue to guide me.

I CANNOT express the difference it's made working with Adriana. I have an autoimmune disorder, and I was also very badly injured and rendered essentially bedridden. Getting back to the gym after a while of not working out, and learning how to incorporate the fact that I had gained weight, had an injury, and just generally felt so uncomfortable was a big challenge. I have never had a trainer before, but I was an avid gym-goer pre injury. Adriana has never once made me feel bad or intimidated, even though in our first session I discovered I could not even do one lunge anymore, due to my injury. We really had to start from scratch. She was then and has remained calm, confident and supportive. Her demeanour is the perfect balance of making sure I push my body, but not being aggressive or impatient if it takes me a minute. She also explains every movement in the most precise way, so I understand how I can achieve it on my own. I've joked with her that she's a 'body whisperer', as she will change one minute detail of my work out and it makes such a vast difference.
Yesterday we had my first FST session, and by the time I got home I realized I was experiencing less pain than I have since before my accident. I CANNOT tell you how much she has done for me, I feel like she cares about my goals and my wellbeing, and she always has a smile and a kind word, even if I'm finding it challenging (which is often - she kicks my ass! Which is the point!).
