Sometimes after waking from our alarm clocks we remain lathargicโฆzzz....it ....takes... time.... to... find...ourselves. Not just in the bathroom mirror but bring our brains and bodies online.
To wake up your nervous system and tune your body to help improve mood and neural drive, try this tapping sequence:

The lymphatic system assists in monitoring the immune system, transporting fatty acids from the digestive track, and the removal of interstitial fluid and toxins from the body through urine, fecal matter and sweat.
The lymphatic system additionally transports white blood cells from the bones. The lymphatic system does not have an involuntary pump like our digestive and circulatory system, it relies on stimulated movement and vibration through exercise, stretching and massage. As a child we would run, skip, frolick, jump and play on the trampoline....have you done any one of these movements like a kid in the last week?
